1. Products and License

We offer digital software products, including but not limited to R Shiny applications (“Products”).

When you purchase a Product:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license
For personal or internal business use only
License is one-time, not a subscription
License is valid for the version purchased

You do not acquire ownership of the software or its source code.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rent the Product
Share login credentials or access links
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Product
Use the Product to build a competing service
Make the Product publicly available (including GitHub or shared servers)

Violation may result in license termination without refund.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Payment is a one-time fee per Product
Prices may change without prior notice
Taxes (if applicable) are charged as per Indian law

Payment processing may be handled by third-party gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment:

Access details will be provided via email or you will be redirected to an access page.
Delivery is considered complete once access is granted

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your system.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All Products, content, logos, designs, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of Institute of Biostatistics.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

Error-free operation
Continuous availability
Suitability for a specific purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Thrissur, Kerala.
